- Preclinical Pilot Translational Studies, $40,000 for 1 year, intended for preclinical studies of biology or drug or device development

We request that a Letter Of Intent be forwarded approximately two weeks prior to the submission deadline for all types of pilots except the Short-term studies opportunities. - Community Projects Mini-Awards, $5,000 for 1 year, must be used to pay costs incurred by a community partner in planning, executing, or reporting a research or demonstration project. The submission system and application for these opportunities are still under development. If you are interested in applying for these mini-awards, please email Bushra Rehman (at brehman@bsd.uchicago.edu) and you will be notified when the application is ready.
