Building and Sustaining Partnerships to Address Health Disparities

This seminar will explore unique and effective ways to reduce health disparities in Chicagoland communities. It will feature presentations by community, academic, government and industry groups that are actively engaged in creating more equitable and effective health care for our communities. The Chicagoland Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSAs) for Community Engagement (C3) is sponsoring this seminar to further its mission to foster collaborative research efforts and disseminate and apply information about research findings. This is the third of three half-day seminars addressing topics of importance to community researchers and their community partners as they work to improve the health of the people of Chicagoland.
