DEADLINE: Development of Multipurpose Prevention Technologies: A Strategy for the Prevention of Sexually Transmitted Infections Application

NIH’s, the ITM’s parent organization, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases will award $1.2 million to three to five translational research projects focused on development of Multipurpose Prevention Technologies (MPTs) that prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and/or unintended pregnancy. Projects must further the prevention of two or more STIs, an STI and Human Immunodeficiency Virus, or an STI and unintended pregnancies.
